Choosing the Right Tech Stack for Your Startup
The "best" tech stack is the one your team can ship and maintain — not whatever is trending this month. Here’s how we approach the decision with clients.

Founders often ask us which stack is "best" — React or Vue, Node or Django, SQL or NoSQL. The honest answer is that the best stack is the one that matches your team, timeline, and the actual shape of your data.
Start with what your product needs to do, not what’s popular. A content-heavy marketing site has very different needs from a real-time booking platform.
Factor in who will maintain the system after launch. A stack with a larger talent pool locally is often the safer long-term choice, even if a newer framework looks more exciting today.
Don’t over-engineer for scale you don’t have yet. It is far cheaper to migrate a successful product than to over-build infrastructure for traffic that may never arrive.
Finally, weigh total cost of ownership — hosting, licensing, and the ongoing complexity of the stack — not just the cost to build version one.
